E-statement service users will receive contact notes and monthly statements via e-mail instead of receiving paper statements. By using this service, you can enjoy the following benefits,

For environmental reasons, we have established 'e-Check' since 2003 for our clients to check the monthly statements by themselves (applicable to local stock account only). They can also print the statement if if necessary.

No, the format and layout is the same.

The electronic contract note will be sent to your registered e-mail address at the night of the same transaction date, while monthly statement will be sent at the beginning of each month. In general, electronic statement users will receive the statement before the paper statement users.

Additionally, you can check your balance (local stock only) by accessing to our e-Check. Please click into our website http://www.poems.com.hk and choose 'e-Check'. You can view your current and previous monthly statements. For login details, please contact Customer Service Department at 2277 6555.
