截至2021年6月止六個月,集團營業額增長27%至2349﹒3億元(人民幣;下同),股東應佔溢利上升6﹒1%至149﹒96億元。期內業務概況如下:
(一)整體毛利增長3﹒1%至462﹒84億元,毛利率下跌4﹒6個百分點至19﹒7%;
(二)房地產開發:營業額增長26﹒6%至2278﹒99億元,佔總營業額97%,分部溢利上升1﹒7%至354﹒78億元。期內,交付物業所確認收入的平均銷售價格每平方米7994元。於2021年6月30日,集團連同其合營企業及聯營公司,共實現合同銷售金額3030﹒9億元,合同銷售面積3451萬平方米;集團權益回款率達到90%;
(三)建築:營業額增加28﹒3%至41﹒3億元,分部溢利增長1﹒2倍至2﹒37億元;
(四)於2021年6月30日,集團之現金餘額(現金及現金等價物與受限制現金之和)為1862﹒38億元,銀行及其他借款、優先票據、公司債券和可換股債券分別為2059﹒94億元、749﹒58億元、379﹒14億元和53﹒69億元。淨借貸比率(按借貸淨額除以總權益計算)為49﹒7%(2020年12月31日:55﹒6%)。
