    • 客房比一般酒店大,並配備了各種娛樂設施(如按摩浴缸,卡拉OK) Rooms are larger than ordinary hotels and with are equipped with variety of entertainment facilities (ex. Jacuzzi, karaoke) are equipped
    •  豐富的設施吸引外國遊客和派對使用,因此被稱為“休閒酒店” As good facilities appeal foreign tourists and party use, they are called “Leisure Hotel”

    • 休閒酒店的入住率可達300-500%,而一般酒店的入住率只達70-80%. 這是因為休閒酒店的房間在一天內可被多個客人租用

      Occupancy rate of leisure hotels could reach 300-500% while that of ordinary hotels are up to 70-80%. This is because a room is used by multiple guests within one day.
