If I want to transfer fund from my stock account to my bank account, what should I do?
You could login to the online platform to input the withdrawal instruction, or call the account executive or customer service department at 2277 6555 to conduct the instruction.
Why I cannot see the amount in my stock account after I have made deposit?
Upon completion of fund deposit, please upload the deposit proof via online platform or email to cs@phillip.com.hk for confirmation after you have made deposit. In general, if you submit a deposit proof before 5:00 p.m. on a trading day, and the document is clear, complete, and verified to be correct, the deposit will be credited to your account on the same day.
