黄玮杰先生 (辉立证券董事)
黄玮杰先生(Louis)人称『黄师傅』，为香港辉立证券及辉立资本管理董事。他除了是一位股评人，也是一位基金经理。他曾被「中金在线」评选为「最受欢迎的港股分析师」，并曾连续三年荣膺香港电台普通话节目《e线金融网》『最佳财经专家』。Louis见证了过去半世纪香港股市每一个牛市和熊市，实战经验丰富。个人着作有《炒得精叻》、《投资先知》及《股市是平的》。现为香港多份财经报章杂志专栏作家，更为无线电视、有线电视、新城财经台及香港电台担任主持或嘉宾。他除了在辉立证券网站及辉立YouTube频道上有定期作网上股评发表外，於《经济日报》、 ETNet等媒体亦有他的定期专栏。

区良键，辉立证券业务副董事， 投资经验超过20年，2012年开始教授期权，持有工商管理(财务系)学位，善於结合理论及实战需要，整合不同投资工具（股票期权、指数期权及期货)，逢周二主持YouTube 节目 《辉常策略》，及为《经济一周》的期权专栏《权通天下》供稿，分享期权攻略。

刘叔同先生 (董事)
刘叔同先生现任辉立证券集团董事，负责业务发展，在金融和投资领域拥有20多年经验。 刘先生在加入辉立证券集团之前，曾先後於香港交易所及一家大型内地金融机构担任管理职位。 刘先生拥有剑桥大学的金融硕士学位和伦敦大学学院的学士学位，并考获特许财务分析师 (CFA) 及FRM资格。Mr Alton Lau is a Director of Phillip Securities Group. He is in charge of Business Development and has over 20 years of experience in finance and investment. Before joining Phillip Securities Group, he served the finance industry in Hong Kong and held various management positions in HKEX and a major Mainland financial institution. Mr Lau holds a Master of Finance degree from the University of Cambridge and a Bachelor’s degree from University College London. He is also a CFA charter holder and holds FRM qualification.
