新能源汽車爆發 芯片需求帶來中長線機會

機構Gartner發表的報告指,去年全球半導體收入反彈7.3%至4,498億美元(下同),扭轉2019年的跌勢,該行的分析指去年年初市場原先預計疫情會為整個終端設備市場帶來負面影響,不過實際影響輕微,雖然汽車、工業等領域受企業及消費者開支減少所拖累,不過封城帶來了在家工作及學習的需求,而有助這些活動的行業亦有受惠。

近年來,汽車工業已成為除消費電子領域外計算機芯片的主要消費者。隨着越來越多的汽車公司更新技術,採用大尺寸的平板顯示器以及娛樂系統等功能,對計算能力的要求導致對芯片的需求不斷增加。傳統汽車向電動汽車的轉型也加重了對芯片的依賴。根據WSTS(世界半導體貿易)統計顯示,2019年的全球半導體市場規模預計爲4240億美元。2017年,汽車電子的市佔率為23%,2019年其佔比達到35%。同時工業領域、消費電子領域的市佔率都有所下降。從不同行業功率半導體的市場規模佔比來看,汽車電子是半導體市場成長性最高的領域。

華虹半導體在功率半導體領域是龍頭地位,性等目前均達到了國際領先水準,除了追求高壓功率器件所需的更高功率密度和更低損耗,公司正在開發片上集成傳感器的智能化 IGBT工藝技術與高可靠性的新型散熱 IGBT 技術,以更好地迎接新能源汽車的爆發增長期。推薦華虹半導體(1347.HK),中芯國際(0981.HK)。
