能否上越27000還看成交和北水

港股上周經歷波動先跌後升,恆指在上周二曾跌近26300點及20天移動平均線,周五收報26749點,但按周仍累跌95點或0.4%,科指一周跌24點或0.4%,國指一周跌60點或0.7%。滬深股市方面,上證指數全周累升0.8%,深成指升1.1%,連升三星期,但創業板跌0.3%,結束兩周升勢。中國國家統計局公布了GDP及通脹數據,經濟續呈「出口強及內需弱」分化格局。中國上季GDP按年增長放緩至4.5%(去年第三季度為4.8%),符合預期,主要受高基數影響;全年GDP按年增長5% 符預期。「三頭馬車」數據方面,去年12月份,規模以上工業增加值按年增長加速至5.2%(去年11月為4.8%) ,高於市場預期的增長5%。受出口強勁帶動,製造業動能改善。但汽車產量增速進一步放緩,鋼鐵產出依然低迷。全年規模以上工業增加值按年增長5.9%。 去年12月社會消費品零售總額按年增長0.9%,略低於市場預期升1%。商品銷售與餐飲收入增速均放緩。汽車與家電銷售增長仍弱,受資金短缺及「以舊換新」政策效力減退影響。全年社會消費品零售總額比2024年增長3.7%。2025年全國固定資產投資按年下降3.8%,差於市場預期的跌3.1%,主要全國房地產開發投資按年下降17.2%拖累(市場預期跌16.5%),其中,住宅投資下降16.3%。去年新建商品房銷售面積8.81億平方米,按年下降8.7%;其中住宅銷售面積下降9.2%。新建商品房銷售額8.39萬億元,下降12.6%;其中住宅銷售額下降13%。去年末商品房待售面積7.66億平方米,比2024年末增長1.6%。其中,住宅待售面積增長2.8%。所以,為了進一步去化商業用房庫存並刺激投資,人行和國家金融監管總局發通知,稱將商業用房(含「商住兩用房」)購房貸款最低首付款比例調整為不低於30%。該比例原為50%(部分試點城市甚至低至為20%。同時,人民銀行自1月19日起正式下調再貸款、再貼現利率0.25個百分點。人行官員表示,今年仍有降準降息空間。最後,去年12月全國城鎮調查失業率為5.1%,略低於市場預期的5.2%。全年全國城鎮調查失業率平均值為5.2%,顯示就業形勢總體穩定。

 

美股上星期二急挫,之後兩日反彈,美國總統特朗普希望兼併格陵蘭,威脅向歐洲盟友加徵關稅,隨後宣布取消,然而三大指數都未能收復星期二大跌的失地,連續兩周報跌。道指跌0.7%,標普500指數跌0.4%,納指跌0.06%。 經濟數據方面,美國上周首次申領失業救濟人數由前周19.9萬人,微升至20萬人,低於市場預期21萬人。 美國第三季GDP修正值由原先4.3%,上修至4.4% 。美國聯儲局通脹參考指標的11月PCE物價指數全數符預期,整體PCE按月升0.2%,按年升2.8%,核心PCE物價指數升0.2%,按年升2.8%。 美國1月標普製造業PMI為51.9,略低於市場預期52,高過去年12月51.8;期內服務業PMI維持52.5,同埋低於預期52.9。 密歇根大學1月消費者信心指數終值終值由初值54上修至56.4,高於前月的52.9;未來一年通脹預期終值由初值4.2%下修至4%,而5至10年通脹預期為3.3%。本周投資者將關注聯儲局議息結果(料維持利率不變),以及多隻重磅科技股包括蘋果Tesla微軟公布業績。

 

說回港股,恆指守住20天移動平均線,並補回上周一介於26741點和26715點之間的下跌裂口,破壞了孤島的向淡走勢形態,但能否成交上越27000點,仍看成交和北水流入是否配合,否則將維持於26400點和27000點之間窄幅波動。
