三頭馬車數據與超級央行周

港股上周震盪下行,主要受中東緊張局勢加劇導致油價飆升、美國加息預期升溫等多重利淡因素夾擊,恒指全周累計下跌跌845點或3.3%。國指累跌308點或3.6%;科指累跌249點或5.5%,連跌三周。滬深股市上周呈現分化走勢上證指數失守 3,900 點整數關口,收報 3,888點,全周累計下跌 1.1%連挫兩周,深成指跌0.3%,創業板指升1.1%。

 

經濟數據方面,按美元計,中國8月出口按年增長25%,遜市場預期升25.9%。進口升28.2%,亦遜市場預期升31%。貿易順差1,190.9億美元,市場預期順差1,191億美元。首八個月的出口按年增長19.3%,進口升27%,首八個月貿易順差8,055.1億美元。出口與進口已連續4個月同時保持兩位數增長,進口月度同比增速連續6個月超過出口。增長主要受全球AI基建需求帶動,8月集成電路出口同比增長約130%,自動數據處理設備及其零部件出口增長約76.5%;進口方面這兩類商品同樣大幅放量。

 

另外,受國際市場價格變動、食品價格季節性上漲等因素影響, 8月居民消費價格指數(CPI)由7月按月下降0.1%轉為上漲0.4%,按年漲幅回升至0.8%,高於7月的0.50%,符合預期。扣除食品和能源價格的核心CPI按年漲幅回升至1%,市場預期升0.9%。受國際大宗商品價格上行傳導、國內產業轉型升級帶動部分行業需求增加等因素影響,8月工業生產者出廠價格指數(PPI)由7月按月下降0.7%轉為上漲0.4%,按年漲幅擴大至3.8%,高於7月的3.50%及預期的3.6%。數據反映中國已逐步擺脫前幾年的持續通縮陰霾,但8月份 PPI3.8%)與 CPI0.8%)之間的「剪刀差」拉大至 3.0 個百分點。從結構上看,PPI 的購進價格同比大漲 5.8%,遠高於出廠價格的 3.8%,這意味著工業上游原材料的成本上漲劇烈。然而,由於終端內需消費的復甦依然呈現結構性不均,中下游企業缺乏將成本全額轉嫁給消費者的能力,只能依靠犧牲自身毛利率來消化高昂的物料成本。由於 CPI 與 PPI 雙雙回升,尤其是 PPI 超預期走高,這在一定程度上減輕了央行立即進行大規模或激進貨幣寬鬆(如大舉降息)的壓力,政策重心短期內將更偏向利用財政工具來刺激實體經濟的需求端。

 

本周將公布「三頭馬車」數據,普遍預測是生產端略有企穩或小幅回升,消費仍處低位弱修復,投資累計降幅繼續擴大。8月規模以上工業增加值預測按年增長4.5%4.7%7月增長4.5%);8月社會消費品零售總額預測按年增長0.8% 1%7月增長0.6%);1-8月全國固定資產投資預計下跌6.7%7%1-7月份下跌6.7%)。

 

美股上周先挫後揚,周五收復部分失地,但三大指數仍錄周跌,標普500指數和納指分別下跌0.8%和0.7%;道指跌幅1.6%,為三個主要指數中最弱;對利率更敏感的羅素2000指數跌約2.4%。拖累行情的主線是油價與債息同步走高,疊加加息預期升温。中東局勢擾動令WTI原油站上每桶100美元上方,10年期美債收益率逼近4.97%,30年期突破5.3%。8月CPI環比上漲0.4%,核心環比上漲0.3%,略高市場預期;PPI同樣偏強,CME Fed Watch工具顯示9月16日聯儲局加息25個基點的概率由周中約70%升至接近90%。

 

本周焦點集中在美聯儲的議息決定、沃什對後續路徑的發言及點陣圖的上修幅度。經濟數據將關注8月零售銷售,7月環比下降0.6%,若消費繼續疲弱,可能與加息叙事形成拉鋸。另外,英倫銀行料維持利率不變,日本央行可能加息至1.25%,全球央行同步收緊可能令美元與長債波動加大。 

 

說回港股,恆指失守100天移動平均線和25000點整數關口,最低見到24570點。同時也跌穿了過去一個多月來形成的600點至1000點橫行區,按量度跌幅計,將見到24400點至24000點。若按黃金比率計算,將見24353點(調整升幅0.5)和23920點(調整升幅0.618),和量度下跌目標相當貼近。反彈阻力位25000點和100天線(25170點)。
