2023 年第三季全球 PC 出貨量再次下降

根據美國調查公司IDC最新的數據顯示,2023年第三季全球個人電腦(PC)出貨量持續呈螺旋式下降,出貨量年減少7.6%,出貨量為6820萬台。儘管需求和全球經濟仍然低迷,但PC出貨量在過去兩個季度均有所反彈,減緩了全年的下滑速度,某程度上反映市場有走出低谷的跡象。

過去幾個月,PC庫存也有所減少,並且在大多數渠道都接近健康水準。然而,價格下行壓力仍然存在,主要是消費者和商業企業的需求低迷。儘管前五名廠商中,大多在本季度都錄得兩位數的跌幅,但蘋果(Apple)的大幅下滑是,主由於該公司的電腦產品供應在2022年同期從新冠疫情停產中恢復,導致同比有較大負面結果。與此同時,惠普(HP Inc.)的增長主要歸功於庫存的正常化,而且也是前五名廠商中唯一實現正增長。

值得注意的是,生成式AI可能會成為PC產業的分水嶺。因為,能夠在PC端上進行高速資料處理、輕鬆使用AI功能的「AI電腦」如果能夠在2024年上市,預料將拉動電腦價格大幅上升。

另一方面,根據市場研究機構TrendForce集邦諮詢調查,全球第二季起筆電(Laptop)渠道庫存水位已轉趨健康,尤其北美及亞太市場陸續浮現中、低端消費型機種需求。除了補足庫存以外,也搶先為第三季的開學期做好準備。據該市場研究機構指,由於美國與歐洲兩大主要Laptop消費市場的經濟前景不明,壓抑傳統季節性採買動能,且部分需求亦於第二季提前兌現,故預估第三季Laptop出貨量的按年增幅將收斂至3.8%,達4413萬台;全年Laptop市場出貨量則預計可達1.63億台,按年減12.2%。

該市場研究公司也預期2024全年Laptop的增長幅度約2%至5%,出貨量將略高於疫情前水準。在庫存問題排解後,整體市場將緩步恢復健康的流動,而能否期待更高幅度的出貨增長,還有待觀察中、美兩大消費市場的需求情況。

較值得留意的是,Windows 10將於2025年10月停止支援服務,或可能會是2024年帶動商務換機潮。
