工作 :

You will perform trade execution, operation duties, customer service, business analysis and marketing activities.

資歷 :

• Degree holder with at least one year work experience is preferable

• Strong Communication / interpersonal / analytical skills

工作 :

We are seeking for a passionate marketing specialist to drive effective marketing strategies promoting Phillip Securities Group brand name, POEMS trading platform and products, as well as Phillip Apps to clients via various online and offline marketing channels.   

• Develop, design and execute full spectrum of marketing plan and strategy that leverages new ideas to enhance the brand engagement to drive sales growth and brand awareness to achieve company’s overall business objectives

• Plan and supervise marketing strategies including digital development and marketing, brand management, content marketing and e-Commerce activities including but not limited to digital platforms, paid media, social media and identify new marketing channels

  Measure and evaluate the performance of marketing campaigns/ activities (online and offline) against set goals (ROI and OKR).

• Analyze market trends, report marketing performance and recommend technology advancements to provide insights and recommendations to support management decisions

資歷 :

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication or related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years solid working experience in marketing and brand management, preferable in financial industry. Working experience in digital marketing is an advantage.
• Solid knowledge in social media management and digital activations including but not limited to SEO/SEM, content marketing, e-commerce marketing
• Hands on experience in Social Media Platform such as Facebook, IG, LinkedIn and familiarity to Mainland Social Media Platform
• Having creative and result-oriented mindset with excellent supervision, communication and collaboration skills

• Responsible for development/support of front and back office systems.
• Provide user support and application maintenance.

資歷 :

• Higher diploma, degree or above in Information Technology/ Information System/ Computer Science or related discipline.
• 2 years of solid hands-on experience in programming such as C++/C#/ASP.net.
• Solid technical knowledge and experience in SQL database programming.
