Terms and Conditions:

1. The promotion is valid from 2 September 2024 until further notice.
2. Customer purchased HKD 10,000 or above single new shares during trading hours at PhillipMart could enjoy electronic coupons that are worth of HK$200 in total, including one IPO handling fee e-coupon, one US stock trading e-coupon, one futures trading e-coupon and one options trading e-coupon, which are valid for one month.
3. All transactions under this promotion are calculated on amlagamation basis.
4. Day Trade refers to sell orders that offset your buy order on the same day via PhillipMart; i.e., sell share quantity is fewer than buy share quantity in Grey Market.
5. Transactions which enjoy special offer are calculated separately with general transaction fee.

**Examples of new offer above: Customers who apply for  IPO "A" through our IPO service and bought HK$ 1,010,000 transaction amount of IPO "A" during the trading hours of grey market. The commission rate of the first HK$ 500,000 transaction amount is HK$ 0. For transaction after HK$ 1,000,000 is charged by the rate 0.05% / minimum HK$ 0. Thus, the commission is HK$ 5. Total commission for the $ 10,000 buy-side transaction is HK$ 5.

# The trading hours of PhillipMart / Grey Market is from 4:15 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. one business day prior to the official listing date of the new shares. For half trading day, the trading hour of PhillipMart is from 2:15 p.m to 4:30 p.m. Please refer to the latest notice.
