首份雙積分成績單出爐,自主領跑 事件: 近期工信部、商務部、海關總署、質檢總局聯合公佈了2016年度中國乘用車企業平均燃料消耗量與新能源汽車積分情況。2016年度中國境內124家乘用車企業共生產/進口乘用車2449.47萬輛,燃料消耗量正積分為1174.86萬分,燃料消耗量負積分為142.99萬分(燃料消耗量達標的企業有80家,44家不達標),產生新能源汽車正積分98.95萬分(34家為0分)。 評論: 從燃料積分看,44家企業不達標,積分為負數,其中長城和長安的負值最大,其次是上汽通用北盛,安徽捷豹,長安福特,廣汽菲亞特克萊斯勒,這些車企在未來的燃料積分考核中如果得不到足量的新能源積分抵償,將會面臨較大的壓力。 從新能源積分看,96家車企中,有34家的新能源汽車積分為0,其中大部分為合資車企。新能源汽車積分最高的企業分別是比亞迪汽車工業有限公司(153130分),比亞迪汽車有限公司(14萬分);北京汽車(12.7萬分),北汽新能源(1萬分);吉利汽車(11萬分)。境外企業僅特斯拉、保時捷、寶馬、大眾、雷諾產生了 6.06 萬分新能源汽車積分。未來合資車企壓力較大,特別是上汽通用,北汽現代,豐田和本田在國內的合資車企。 由於新能源積分可以交易,假設一個積分2000元,比亞迪、吉利等車企可直接增厚業績,建議關注。 |
